Vaibhav Suryavanshi, 14 years, the youngest IPL Debutant from Bihar. He hit a six in first ball of the debut match.

Vaibhav Surya vanshi was born on 27 March, 2011, in Tajpur, Bihar. He was very passinate for cricket. 

He showed cricketing talent at the age of 4. His father sanjeev Suryvanshi noticed his passion and decided to build a small playing area form.

His father was also passionate about cricket and wanted to become a criketer, but due to the lack of resources he couldn't do.

At  the age of 9, His father decided to enrol him in a cricket academy in the nearby town of samastipur. There people noticed that he is well ahead of his age in terms of cricketing talent.

After the practise of two-and-half years there, he gave under-16 trial for Vijay Merchant Trophy. He had to standby due to his age.

He started coaching under Manish Ojha, a former Ranji player. Manish  Ojha groomed his skills and helped him in becoming a skilled batter in a very small age.

At the age of 12, he scored 400 runs in five matches, in Vinoo Mankad Trophy for Bihar.

Vaibhav made his debut in Bihar's Randji Trophy 2023-2024 Elite group for a match against Mumbai in Patna.

Today, Vaibhav is one of the rising stars from Bihar. He represents hope for many young cricketers in rural India. “Believe in yourself, even when no one else does.”
